Saw a few gripes about backdrafts; victim spawning in a backdraft, or a backdraft room with no windows or roof, so here's how to do it: Fight from the outside by cooling the orange parts of the surrounding walls, including roof and floor until the backdraft goes away. Continue to keep the door close and cool the room a little until the orange hue goes away because it can still flashover.

In this mission, even with the victim in the backdraft room, the AI (Santiago) can still grab them through the walls or something, I don't know how they do it but it happens. Still, I made Santiago firefight instead so I can demonstrate fighting backdrafts.
