Vice City Stories may just be the best Grand Theft Auto game from the 3D universe. Being released so late, with the PS2 port being just a year prior to the game changing GTA IV, this game got slept on immensely. Making this title so late means it was so much more advanced that prior titles but at the same time caused it to be missed by fans of the series, making it the most underrated game in the franchise.
