Yesterday I bought a RCA Home Theater VHS player/recorder. The VCR works very well and records videos in very high quality for VHS. Note that some quality was lost when I digitized it. YouTube compression also reduced quality, so this video doesn't demonstrate the player's full quality. The footage looks best when the VHS tape itself was being played back on the VCR. YouTube did one good thing though, it automatically de-interlaced the video for me! Anyways, I'll post a review of the VCR soon. Thanks for watching!
