UPDATE: While it only seems to have 2 heads by first glance, it actually has 4 heads on the drum. There are 2 heads in each opening.

This is a 1992 Sylvania-branded Phillips VCR. The unit has a tempermental belt that I will replace. It also originally came with a remote, but I do not have it now. Overall, the picture and sound quality is fairly good and the mechanism is built well, so this will be a good VCR to have around.
