The system is largely completed now. It has 8kB ROM and 64kB RAM. CP/M 2.2 can only access 8MB partitions so that's all I'm using on the 1GB CF card I've got for it.

The ATmega VGA controller runs at 25MHz on an ATmega324PA. They're rated at 20MHz but run without any problems at 25MHz. The speed is needed for an 80 column display.
