Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca faced the media on Friday afternoon, two days ahead of his side’s opening Premier League game of the season against AFC Bournemouth.
Maresca takes charge of a new-look City following the departure of legendary manager Pep Guardiola, as well as a number of key players, including Rodri, John Stones and Bernardo Silva.
City endured a difficult start to the new campaign in last week’s Community Shield, losing 3-0 to Arsenal in the traditional top flight curtain-raiser. Sunday’s clash at the Etihad, however, gives Maresca an immediate opportunity to bounce back.
