You guys have been asking for a vegetarian dish, so here it is! This dish is not only healthy for you, but it tastes delicious!

Ingredients:
70 grams (about 3) rehydrated shitake mushrooms
69 grams pineapple chunks
50 grams bamboo shoots
90 grams small fried tofu, halved
For the sauce:
1 Tbsp of water
1/2 Tbsp of mushroom flavored sauce (may sub for oyster sauce)
1/2 Tbsp of soy sauce
1/2 tsp of sesame oil
1 tsp of sugar
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
pinch of salt
You will also need:
1/2 Tbsp of corn starch
1 Tbsp of water
*use less corn starch if you want more liquid in your ending dish
Directions:
Cut up all your vegetables into bite sized pieces. Place all of your vegetables and the tofu onto the cooking plate. In a small mixing bowl, make the sauce using the ingredients listed above. Mix well. In a separate small mixing bowl, add your cornstarch with your water, and mix until smooth. Add your cornstarch mixture into your sauce, and then stir again. Evenly pour your finished sauce over your vegetables and tofu. Put your washed rice and water into the inner pan of the rice cooker. Set the cooking plate on top and then press the Synchro-Cooking key. When cooking is complete, place your food on a serving plate and enjoy with a bowl of rice.
