How To Create Dot Grid Pattern using CC Ball Action:
1. Create a New Composition
2. Add Text or Graphic Layer
3. Go to Effects & Presets Panel
4. Search for ‘Vegas’ and drag it onto Footage Layer
5. Select Layer Name in Image Contour Dropdown
6. Change Blend Mode To Alpha
7. Animate Length & Rotation
8. Change Rendering Blend Mode to Alpha
9. Change Width & Hardness to taste
10. Tap Spacebar to Preview
