3-4 sweet potatoes 
1/4 cup vegan butter 
1/2 cup vegan brown sugar
Dash of salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
Pecans or any nut of your choice
Mini or large vegan @mydandies marshmallows

Instructions:

Peel and boil sweet potatoes until they're tender and soft. Drain and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Add butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir and add some pecans or nuts of your choice, along with mini or large marshmallows. Pop it in the oven and bake at 350 degrees until the marshmallows are gooey and toasted.
