Ingredients:
1 box of vegan high-protein pasta
1 block extra-firm tofu or high protein tofu, drained
1 tablespoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, rosemary, or thyme seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Sautéed veggies of your choice
To Prepare:
To prepare, blend drained tofu with garlic powder, nutritional yeast, dried basil, rosemary or thyme seasoning, salt, pepper, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice. Set this mixture aside and boil your vegan high-protein pasta. In a separate pan, sauté your favorite vegetables. Once the pasta is cooked, add the sautéed veggies and pour the tofu mixture over the top with olive oil. Mix everything together and serve hot. Enjoy!
