Ingredients:
- Corn tortillas
- Beyond Steak
- Sautéed onions
- Spices: comino, salt, garlic, pepper (you can also add smoked paprika and chili powder)
- Fresh lime wedges
- Chopped cilantro, tomato, onion, and salsa of your choice (you can also top tacos with shredded lettuce and sliced avocado)

Instructions:
1. Sauté the onions until they become tender and slightly caramelized.
2. In the same pan, sauté your vegan steak and add your spices until golden and crispy.
3. Warm your corn tortillas on your skillet until soft and pliable.
4. Assemble your tacos by placing a generous amount of vegan steak on each tortilla, followed by your toppings.
5. Top with cilantro, tomato, fresh onions, salsa of your choice, and a squeeze of lime juice.
6. Serve your vegan street tacos with guacamole, rice, beans, or your favorite hot sauce.
