Holy Guacamole’s vegan Mexican options are decent if you’re in the area of Denman Street and Robson Street and the place seems to be a hotspot for locals and tourists. The staff there are knowledgeable of what items can be made vegan and they have four vegan fillings - tofu, jackfruit, veggies, and Beyond Sausage - for their burritos, enchiladas, tacos and tortas. The food comes quite quickly and you have the option of sitting inside or out on their patio. If it’s summertime, you’ll definitely want to side outside! We shared the burrito with Beyond Meat and the torta with tofu. The portion size is the dishes varies with the burrito being a decent sized meal and the torta, which came with a side of tater tots, a bit on the small side. Holy Guacamole is in a great location and if you are looking for Mexican in that are, it’s a decent option depending on what you order.
