Vegan in Miami is not as easy as it is in other US cities we’ve visited, but the city does bring some unique cuisines we haven’t tried before! The Cocinita is 100% vegan and offers South American dishes as well as burgers, breakfast, smoothies, shakes and coffee - they have a varied menu where anyone can find something to eat. It’s also open late, which was great for us since we arrived in Miami in the evening and we starving for vegan food. The place is colourfully decorated and there are a few tables inside for dining in and we saw several people do take out and food delivery. You can order at the counter or you can order at the self-serve kiosks and the staff were friendly and offered to help with our orders. We tried the Mr. Mitrano burger and the Cocinita bowl.
