Vegan Banh Mi sandwiches at The Hanoi Corner on Commercial Drive in Vancouver, BC, are a good deal! We visited for dinner to try out their clearly marked vegan options - even though it’s not a fully vegan restaurant! With our Plant Curious coupon in hand, we ordered two vegan spring rolls and scored a free banh mi sandwich—what a deal!
To make the most of our visit, we also ordered a second banh mi sandwich so we could try more of their vegan fillings. This time, we went with vegan ham and vegan lemongrass chicken. The menu also includes a tofu option, so there’s something for every vegan palate!
The vibes? Super chill with plenty of indoor seating, and you order at the counter and your food is brought right to your table. As a sweet surprise, they also treated us to a free coconut Vietnamese coffee on the house!
