Varijashree Venugopal’s ‘Vari (The Live Sessions)’ is a live performance curation of 7 chosen songs from her previous original music album ‘Vari’, arranged into a 6-piece band by Michael League.
"Kannada", celebrates the beauty of the language of Southern Indian state Karnataka, and the essence of the land, with a poem written by Padmanabh Bhat, presented in a sonic platter of traditional acoustic sounds of Southern India, paired with a modern instrumentation.
Special guest Praveen D Rao on the Harmonium, adds a spark to this celebration.
