After we used Borohydride to reduce Cr(III) to Cr(II) we tried using it on Vanadate or Vanadium(V) as well. So we prepared the same decavanadate as used in the V(II) video and added some Sodium Borohydride. We added this for 5 minutes and it would never change any further but always stay blue so we only gave a small excerpt of the full video here as the color did not further change.

Upon addition of Sodium Borohydride the yellow V(V) solution immediatly changed blue which is probably V(IV) in a very diulte form (if you compare it to our other Vanadium video).
