Man, this Fire Emblem game looks weird.
Use skills like Unholy Purifier or Dragon Slayer. You can get Dragon Killers for your heavy warriors from the miniboss encounter in Chateau Obsession. Destroy the orbs to reduce its stats, then lay into it. When it gets low on HP, it can use Maleficent Harm, which shouldn't be too threatening.
Make sure to level Arngrim and Leone to at least 40 before continuing with the story.
