Selvaria can actually be defeated in this encounter (and apparently in the first Naggiar Plains mission, but if she has the same amount of HP as she does here, I can't imagine that it's actually possible unless you can get her close to an enemy Shocktrooper). It's not really that useful, requires some reloads, and the developers clearly didn't think anyone would do it, but it is possible and might be some nice catharsis for the first time you played the stage.
To get this to work, you need Lynn with VB FW 2 and max CP (20) when your turn comes around. After defeating the second radiator, stack the orders Awaken Potential (technically not needed, but good for your sanity), Neutralize, Penetration, and Attack Weak Spot on Lynn (you should have 11 CP left over). Then just make sure Trooper Killer and Hard Worker proc for the first 10 CP and one or the other proc for the last CP, keep using the flamethrower, and success!
Lynn is the only Trooper that can take her down because Double Attack doesn't proc when using flamethrowers. Machine guns, even the ZM MP X3 with all sorts of +xx%vsPers potentials proc'd, doesn't do nearly enough damage to take her down.
You need to take her out in one turn because otherwise, she refills all her HP the next turn. Technically you could stack the orders and attack the turn after you destroy the second radiator to have an extra CP, but that shouldn't be necessary.
Though she stays standing there, she is killed according to the game. If you don't tag her model on your turn, it immediately despawns at the start of the enemy phase.
...So yeah, fun fact of the day!
