So Valentine's Day is around the corner and the best way to begin your day is with a delicious breakfast. So invest some extra time to pamper yourselves and your loved ones with these amazingly fluffy pancakes. Happy Valentine's Day y'all and see you in my next video. Bon Appetit!

Makes about 4-7 pancakes

Pancake Ingredients:
3/4 cups of All Purpose Flour
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1/2 tsp of Baking Soda
1/4 tsp of Salt
1 Egg, separated
1 cup of Buttermilk
1/4 cup of Granulated sugar
2oz of Unsalted Butter, melted
3/4 cups of mixed berries

Compote Ingredients:
1/2 cup ingredients
1/2 cup water
1/2 tbsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp honey
