In the past, I have waited to go to the salon to get my hair trimmed (didn't trust myself with a pair of scissors lol). I have had my trimmed my hair at 12, 18 and 26 months of being natural. However, lately my hair's just been in a terrible state and and I figured a trim might help. Trimming is best left to a professional but if feeling a little adventurous then by all means enjoy!

I achieved my trim by first installing fingercoils then trimming the ends! Enjoy!
