Baltimore City leaders toured a Johnston Square neighborhood where vacant homes are being transformed into renovated housing. A mural now stands as a symbol of new beginnings for the 700 block of Mura Street in Johnston Square. Mayor Brandon Scott and city leaders toured the Mura Street neighborhood, where houses are being renovated through the efforts of ReBUILD Metro. The organization is converting 21 vacant properties on the block, removing three for parking and turning 16 into eight larger homes with more space. Two homes were renovated at their original size.
