The summer is over for another wave of Maryland students as Baltimore County schools began on Monday. WBAL-TV 11 News caught up with the district's new superintendent Bill Heiser as he welcomed students at Catonsville High School. He talked about the upcoming school year and his hope for his staff and students during his tenure.
