In parts of Africa, nearly half the population lacks access to essential medicines. One of the challenges is fragmented supply chains, which affect the ability of pharmacies to stock essential medicines.

One company providing solutions to these challenges is mPharma, which is using technology to make healthcare more affordable and accessible in Africa. It’s using data to better understand patient demand for medicines, and is working with a network of community pharmacies to help make the supply chain more efficient.
