That's right, we often use BLACK TEA for adding TANNINS in mead. Black tea is full of tannins so if you prefer something that didn't come in a powder, use a good quality black tea for your tannin addition in mead. I say good quality because many teas are essentially... powder anyway. Get some tannins into your mead!
