Texas Honey and Cactus Juice in a Mead. We had our doubts on this, but hey, it's worth a try, right? Someone sent us this nopali cactus juice and we added Texas honey and voila! Mead. Thanks for watching.
For those of you who are curious: Derica was right in correcting herself. Agave is not a cactus, but a succulent. They are often confused, as cacti are also succulents, but do not have leaves.
Ingredients:
2 lbs (0.9 kg) Texas Honey: amzn.to/3YrtmMu
1 qt (0.946 liter) Red Nopal Cactus Juice
