Generative AI models have shown huge potentials for many networking use cases. One of the most exciting developments is the use of AI agents to autonomously solve complex networking problems, such as developing networking scripts. This talk will introduce what Agentic AI (use of agents on top of large language models) is and show how to build a framework to automate networking script development, including a detailed walkthrough with an Autogen example. The talk will conclude with lessons learned and recommendations. Attendees will walk away with a good understanding of the potentials of agentic AI and how it can be leveraged to build a working environment for automating networking script development.
