The Internet Architecture Board (IAB) conducted a workshop on exploring the Next Era of Network Management Operations (NEMOPS) in early December 2024. We had presented the background for the workshop at NANOG 92 and invited the NANOG community to participate in the workshop as well as provide inputs using a survey. There was great participation from the operator community (from North America as well as the rest of the world) in the workshop as well as the survey. This presentation summarizes the discussions in the workshop and the next steps that were identified during the workshop. The aim of this talk is to solicit continued participation from the operator community in vetting the next steps and in the needed actions.
