About the paver machine:
Made by Wirtgen Coprporation. As the market leader, Wirtgen offers the widest range of cold milling machines in the industry. Customers can choose from more than 30 different types of machine, each of them also available with a variety of milling widths.
The weight of Wirtgen milling machines and pavers ranges between 4.6 t and 44 t. At Nordbau 2017, Wirtgen is presenting the small milling machine W 50 Ri.
About the truck manufacture Peterbilt (mostly used in this project):
Based in Denton, Texas, Peterbilt Motors Company is an American truck manufacturer. Established in 1939 from the acquisition of Fageol Truck and Motor Company,
For 80 years, Peterbilt has supplied the North American commercial vehicle market with the industry’s most rugged, reliable and efficient products.
Peterbilt manufactures on highway, vocational and medium duty trucks that provide value to their owners and pride to their drivers. These vehicles are supported through industry-leading aftermarket programs and a dedicated network of independent dealerships.
Most of the projects starts after midnight or during vacation period as there is less traffic on roads.
More about this project:
- Replacing old and damaged asphalt with new one at both side of the road and building islands in thw middle section of the road, and green area and palm trees.
Old asphalt transports away and became new asphalt. It will either be bring back here and reuses in this project or will be use somewhere else in upcoming projects.
- Street and road asphalt paving, and road construction with layer of expensive and durable asphalt!
