SAN ANTONIO — Two missing juveniles were found inside a vehicle after U.S. Marshals arrested a man on a felony parole violation warrant Thursday.
Authorities responded to the 400 block of West Cevallos Street around 11:16 a.m., where U.S. Marshals and local law enforcement officers arrested 39-year-old Francisco Hernandez.
During the arrest, officers found the two juveniles in Hernandez’s vehicle. Authorities said although Hernandez is the biological father of the children, he is not the legal guardian of either juvenile.
The investigation remains ongoing.
