The Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) is the U.S. Marine Corps’ premier next-generation amphibious platform. Manufactured by BAE Systems in partnership with Iveco Defence Vehicles (based on the SuperAV 8x8 platform), the ACV replaced the iconic but legacy Assault Amphibious Vehicle (AAV7) track system, which was officially retired from active service.

The shift from tracks to an 8x8 wheeled design represents a massive leap forward in land speed, explosive blast survivability, and modularity, giving Marines a true "ship-to-shore-to-inland" capability.
