PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — New culverts in four locations are being installed on US 31 between Meisenheimer and Chauvez roads. Currently the northbound lanes of the freeway are closed between Pere Marquette Highway and Oceana Drive. Traffic is being detoured on PM Highway for the next two weeks. Following that, the southbound lanes will be closed for about a week. The $2.5 million project is expected to be completed in June.
