A look at a fully electronic lens adapter from Urth. I'm attaching a Canon EF or EF-S lens to Sony E-Mount cameras. I'm using a fairly low-cost Sony ZV-E10 camera but it's surprising what stunning quality the camera can achieve with some nice glass attached.

I didn't expect this to work as well as it does. There's a massive loss in autofocus functionality between this and using all original Sony E-Mount products but if you're willing to put up with this, it does everything else well. The Canon 85mm 1.2L lens has always had focus issues on my 5DIII and I have to make a micro-adjustment in software. As you can see from the sample pictures, it absolutely nailed focus on the eyes the first time.
