This week, the Climbing World Championships take place in Bern, Switzerland. At the same time, in the same city, Hannah Morris shares a different side of climbing - unseen by many, but every bit as inspiring, valuable, and community focussed.
As part of @mammut campaign, Hannah was invited to Bern to experience the local underground climbing scene alongside pro climber Emil Abrahamsson.

In the shadows of the city, Hannah Morris follows a secret guidebook put together decades ago by local climbers to uncover urban highballs, water challenges, and creative routes. This film was made in partnership with the wonderful folks at @mammut
Although Hannah's story is tied closely to indoor climbing, and many of our community finds adventure in their local bouldering walls, in Bern, Hannah finds a kindred spirit. She finds community to push herself, creativity in movement, and a sense of self-accomplishment, which ultimately, reminds Hannah why she climbs.
