My new URUAV UR65 came with a motor that wouldn't spin up. Rather than wait for a replacement, I decided to try and fix it myself and was able to do so. Unfortunately I did not get good video of the procedure but I did take some stills which, along with the narration, will hopefully provide a useful guide. Feeling this a bit thin for a video, I also added a little bonus clip showing how I like to prepare my batteries for optimum CG and crash protection. Flight videos coming soon:)
