Canadian Retro Things | Upgrading My Tandy Colour Computer 3 With A 6309 CPU @CanadianRetroThings | Uploaded April 2022 | Updated October 2024, 1 hour ago.
It is time to upgrade my Tandy Colour Computer 3 with a 6309 CPU. As I do not have a lot of soldering experience this is one of the bigger and more delicate jobs I have attempted, I currently would say I am on the upper end of being a beginner. That said, I hope I don’t destroy my precious CoCo 3! If it all works I will be able to test out some 6309 only stuff on the Colour Computer.
