Today I am taking a walk through time on the POCO Trail! I will be walking about 40% of the POCO Trail, ending my walk in an area that has a number of plaques outlining the history of the area from about 100,000 years ago to the present. Along the way I will look at some picturesque sites, nature and some interesting places. The walk is free, watching the video is free, so why not join me on this pleasant day out! Just a note: Patinas Brew House & BBQ is located at 2332 Marpole Ave, Port Coquitlam.
