In this video we take our transmitter from ETHOS version 1.1.4 or later to the latest version of ETHOS 1.2. We will be taking a backup, just in case we need to go back to the old version. Then we will be installing the new bootloader and updating ETHOS using the new ETHOS Suite program.
Using ETHOS Suite makes updates so much easier. So, once we've updated the bootloader, this process is really simple. It is literally a case of selecting the transmitter and clicking an update button. No more downloading SD, flash, and firmware zip files. It's all taken care of automatically.
