Did the workouts work for me? Yes they so did! Though the results aren't as big as April's or Babyllow's its still quite something for a simple workout like this. REALLY RECOMMED you checking out her video as its super useful and beginner friendly! Hope yall enjoyed my challenge and let me know what ele you would like to see!
