The latest patch v1.7.9 is said to be the biggest yet patch since the Release of Repentance. It focuses on various adjustments and balances to some items, bug fixes and tons of other stuff. It includes huge buffs to some previously bad items, such as Cain's Other Eye, Betrayal, even more good ones such as Athame!

In addition to all of this, a new joke item has been added that can be accessed via a special easter egg seed, called G FUEL!
