Fistful of Ash is a passive item that greatly boosts Tinted Rocks in the game. It makes them give a temporary damage up whenever they are destroyed, increases their chances of appearing, and it gives them a 50% chance to remove a broken heart container whenever they're broken. On the other side, the item also gives Isaac a broken heart on the start of each floor, but this is a very small downside compared to all the benefits, plus the ability to easily get rid of said broken heart.

Since I know everyone will ask, and there's no reason to put this here as nobody will probably read it, the music used in this video is the old main menu soundtrack that was used in the Revelations mod. Why am I using Revelations music in a Fiend Folio video? Because I'm lazy to find a better one and replace it.
