In an older PS3 tutorial, I had updated to 4.82.2 Rebug DEX from 4.81 DEX and webMAN MOD was not working.
Well, it turns out you just need to install newest version of webMAN MOD and all is good, but the interface looks slightly different. Check out the video and enjoy!

A youtube subscriber in the past asked for help on how to play SEGA CD games with Retroarch on the PS3, specifically Snatcher.
Todays tutorial will show you exactly that. Some tips noted below:
1) Make sure to have Retroarch installed. Links below.
2) You will need to find some Sega CD games/roms. Google can help here.
3) Lastly, you need to find the SEGA CD bios, and have it renamed as bios_CD_U.bin. Put this in the system folder that is under patch dev_hdd0/game/SSNE10000/USRDIR/cores/system/
