I bought this Squish Ball container with the intention of upcycling it for a different project, but that didn't work out. Then, the other day, I found this airplane model kit at Goodwill for $1.99 and had the idea to create a spaceship from the Squish Ball container. I wanted it to have a bit of a Star Wars and Miyazaki Ghibli feel. In the end, I think I achieved a blend of both styles, and this was a really fun custom toy project.
