This video introduces a 3 part lecture series at Sivananda Yoga and Vedanta Centre in Toronto. April 18, 25, and May 2 on Mindfulness, Meaning, and Mystical Experience and how they are cultivated in Vedantic practice and philosophy. Cost is $85 with all proceeds going to the non-profit Sivananda Centre. Each lecture is 1.5 hours with a 30 minute Q&A. Each class goes from 1-3 pm.
