Description
This video is my fingerstyle arrangement of the Christmas standard “Up on the Housetop”. It was written by Benjamin Hanby in 1864, and is the oldest secular Christmas song that was intended as such. Jingle Bells pre-dates it by seven years, but its songwriter intended it to be a Thanksgiving song.
