lovely listeners…in honor of mental health awareness month, repose & i created a song that truly means so much to me. “up from here” is all about hope. it’s about seeing the smallest shred of light that pulls you through, even when you’re at rock bottom. it’s about this inner-knowing that things won’t always be as painful as they might feel in that moment. when i went through the darkest parts of my depression, hope truly saved me & kept me holding on. i’m so grateful that it did. if you’re struggling, please know that you’re not alone & that things really can get better if you keep fighting to save yourself. xo, r.
