2 hours of relaxing nighttime nature sounds to help you fall asleep at night, best played at a relatively low volume for optimal snoozing effect.

Soothing summer evening ambience with gentle wind sounds, cicadas & the odd, but not loud, bird-call, designed to create a relaxing natural, sleep-inducing ambience in the comfort of your bedroom.

Listening to natural rhythmic sounds, such as crickets, cicadas & the gentle sound of wind blowing through a grassy field, is one of the best ways to soothe yourself to sleep at night. This is because these ambient sounds are like nature’s metronome and repetitive sounds, especially low frequency ones, have a calming effect on the mind and can help to induce sleep .. and just to make sure of it, I have edited this nature recording (by removing or dialling down down all the sudden harsh squawks, squeals and shrieks) to provide your ears and mind with a protective sound cocoon with just the right amount of decibel levels to drown out unwanted annoying noise at night.

These low level night sounds are particularly useful to have on in the background when you’re trying to get to sleep at night, because when it’s completely quiet, people that suffer with insomnia and other sleeping disorders are more likely to focus more on small sudden noises which can interfere with their ability to fall asleep naturally.
