Notes: This discovery is old news since when the German Ruby debug ROM was found-, but found a way to replace Bulbasaur's cry with them using one internal code for the final EN US Pokémon Emerald. In this video, cry 268 is played first, followed by cry 265.

0869DCF8:08857714 replaces Bulbasaur's cry with cry 268. 0869DCF8:08855ebc replaces it with cry 265. It seems you can view the wave representation of the cry on the Pokédex cry page, too.
