Unused Character Designs:
Starting off we have 3 Autobots that Almost Made the Cut in Transformers Prime, Jazz, Ironhide and Sideswipe. Jazz was likely swapped with Smokescreen, Ironhide Replaced with Bulkhead, and Sideswipe replaced with Cliff Jumper.
In 2014 David Williams was tasked with Creating Concept Art for a potential reboot of Batman the Animated Series, Designs for Batman, Robin, Catwoman, Riddler and many others were made, ultimately the project got scrapped and instead we got the Son of Batman Movie.
Speaking of Batman, in the Arkham Games, we were supposed to get a Titan Penguin form alongside Titan joker, and it was even used in promotional ads for the game, but in the actual release only Penguin’s Henchmen were Titans.
And speaking of 2014, here were concepts for the Michael Bay Live Action Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles Movie designed by Jerad S. Marantz, these did not make the Cut and the Turtle’s official design were more buff and muscular.
The Original Concept art for Chewbacca was supposed to be much more Vampire like and menacing, he was updated to look more approachable and furry:
And lastly we have Venom from Sam Remi’s Spider-Man, he was originally supposed to look far more alien like, and this got changed to look more comic book accurate.
