Went out with my iPhone 6 and captured some amazing slow motion lightning strikes. This was the biggest lightning storm to hit Boise Idaho in years. It happened at about 9:00 PM on May 27, 2015.

The National Weather Service reported that this storm produced 869 strikes, between 9:00 and 10:00 pm From 10 to 11 p.m., there were 620, and another 60 from 11 p.m. to midnight.
