This is a remastered and extended version of my trip to Bailey Yard, North Platte, Nebraska , in 2015. All footage shot from the "Golden Spike" tower on a overcast day, but still a spectacular visit. Being a railroader who works on Turnouts nearly every day, I cannot imagine how they service this yard , and keep the traffic moving....? I would love to do a tour on the ground and see how UP maintains this massive complex!
